Your third shot is my favorite. I love the different textures and high contrast. The repetition of arches and circles is a great touch, and I like how the doorway almost mimics the keyhole shape of the stained-glass window.
number four is my favorite. the angle of the picture plus the contrast of the white exterior with the red interior really make for an interesting photo.
