The first pictures is golden! great project.
i really love the third-to-last picture with the ladder. i can totally picture that in a frame hanging in someone's house.
I love the first picture, its fun to look at all of these (minus the poor animal) because I live right around there...

I think the idea of capturing the old which still remains around us in Utah is great. There is so much of it and it can be portrayed very interestingly. The first photo is great: composition, light, colors, etc.
