I am jealous of people who seems so blessed with innate creativity. This piece is fantastic and I want to take both a cooking and a photography lesson from you, which I suppose is in a way exactly what you have offered here. Great work.
I'm thoroughly impressed with the layout. You've got great style, and it's very distinct. Great concept as well. I'm looking forward to seeing your work in the future!
I love this project. I think the write-up at the top brings it all together. I especially love the part about your wife getting sick with all the pork on your counter. I think you've made us all hungry with this one!
I completely understand that having all the innards of a pig on your counter made your wife sick...but I am very impressed with the shear effort and investment this project took. Nice work.
As I said in class, the unifying stylistic elements of the curly bracket serve you to great effect. I also found the direct juxtaposition of before and after shots revealing, personally, because often the 'before' shots looked gross to me, where the after shots evoked an immediate 'I'd eat that!'
I'm sort of impressed that you found such shmancy recipes. I hope you don't die from all that fat. Very nice presentation / overall effect.
